This notice explains what PixelarIQ collects, why it is needed, who helps process it and how long it is kept.
Information we collect
The website does not collect enquiry information through a contact form. If you email us, we receive your email address and the name, business details, service interests and project information you choose to include. If you become a customer, we also keep the brief, approvals, correspondence, contracts, invoices and delivery records needed to provide the service.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to respond, assess fit and prepare a scope or quotation. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before a contract and our legitimate interest in running and protecting the business. Customer information is used to perform the contract and meet legal, tax and accounting duties.
Providers and sharing
Email enquiries are handled through PixelarIQ's email service. The website does not send or store enquiry details. Service providers may use infrastructure outside the UK under their contractual transfer safeguards. We do not sell personal information. We disclose it only where needed to provide the service, obtain professional advice, protect legal rights or comply with law.
Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries are normally deleted 12 months after the last meaningful contact. Customer project and contractual records are normally retained for six years after the relationship ends. Invoices and records required for tax are kept for the applicable statutory period. Data may be retained longer where a dispute, legal hold or continuing obligation requires it.
Integration and automation projects
Before PixelarIQ accesses or connects customer-controlled information, the proposal must define the permitted purpose, systems, access, roles, retention, providers and deletion or return arrangements. Personal data is limited to what the agreed service needs. Provider data-use settings, international transfers and model-training terms are checked and agreed before connection; no customer account or dataset is connected by assumption.
Your rights and security
You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, or object where processing relies on legitimate interests. Some rights have legal exceptions. Contact hello@pixelariq.co.uk; you may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner. We use access controls, account security, spam protection and limited collection, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Cookies
The public site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Essential hosting technology may be used to deliver and protect the website. If non-essential analytics or advertising technology is added later, this notice and the consent controls will be updated before use.
Last updated 21 August 2026. This notice is reviewed when the enquiry journey, providers or business practices change.
