Is a support plan included in the website build price?
Not with the one-off Launch, Growth or Pro packages: support is selected separately. The £80/month Managed Website option combines creation and ongoing care in one monthly payment.
Does unused monthly update time roll over?
No. Update allowances reset each month so the plans remain predictable and affordable. Larger changes, new pages and new functionality are quoted separately before work begins.
Are the domain and paid third-party tools included?
No. Domain registration, professional email and paid third-party services are separate. Ownership, price and ongoing charges are confirmed before anything is connected or purchased.
What if I need ecommerce, bookings or something unusual?
Those requirements move through the bespoke route. We first clarify functionality, accounts, data, integrations and ongoing costs, then provide a written quotation.
Who supplies the words and images?
